FAQS
...a new approach to aerial photography!

1. How much will this cost?
Every project is different. The major factor affecting cost is type of aircraft and flying distance. Usually we can use a lower cost fixed wing aircraft but applications where a lower altitude is required can only be taken from a helicopter. We offer discounts for multiple sites on the same flight.
2. How many photographs do you take?
Every project is different. The major factor affecting cost is type of aircraft and flying distance. Usually we can use a lower cost fixed wing aircraft but applications where a lower altitude is required can only be taken from a helicopter. We offer discounts for multiple sites on the same flight. This aspect of an assignment is totally client driven.
3. Can you take photos at ground level as well? Yes, we are experienced in all areas of photography and aerial images can easily be supplemented with ground level photography. We can also copy blueprints, plans, and renderings and provide digital images for reprints, web sites and our Zoomify technique.
4. What is the timeline between taking the pictures and Delivery? We can provide online proofs in 2-3 working days, if not sooner. A DVD containing images can also be sent within that time period.
5. WHY DO YOU USE A GYRO STABILIZER? This device is used by the motion picture industry for virtually all aerial shoots and it is equally important in still photography as it reduces the effect of aircraft vibration on the camera, resulting in noticably sharper pictures. We would not do a shoot without it. Please note that this is different and much more effective than "image-stabilized" lenses which we also use.
6. HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU DO AN ASSIGNMENT? We can work almost immediately after receiving an assignment, however we are dependant on several things, most importantly the weather. We prefer to work on bright sunny days if at all possible.
7. HOW DO WE GET THE IMAGES ONLINE? We supply our clients with password protected page(s) on our site. We do everything for you and send you the link to your images.
